Another wizard from the tech world, Kelli is an Administrative and Tech Support maven with 9 years’ experience in the IT industry, including computing configuration and antivirus solutions. She brings a high-touch, high-value approach to customer service to the team. Kelli is responsible for direct technical support to ensure end-user productivity and satisfaction.
Prior to OMNI, she served as a PC Support Technician and End-User Computing Specialist where she was HDI Support Center Analyst Certified, a certified Dell Support Technician, and Apple Certified Mac Technician.
